Get Help, See What's New, and Request a Feature

How to reach the Ellipsend team, what to send so we can fix things fast, and where to follow new features and request your own.

This page covers how to reach our team, where to see every new release, and where to post a feature request. For how-to questions, search this help center first. Good starting points are the Quick Start Guide and the Settings Quick Start.

Chat With the Team

On any page in Ellipsend, click the Need Help? tab on the right edge of the screen. That opens a chat with our team.

Core gets same-day support. Pro gets priority support in live chat. Premium gets a dedicated account manager and VIP support in Slack. Plans and Limits has the details.

What to Send Us

Send these with your first message so we can fix it on the first reply.

  • A screenshot or screen recording.

  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.

  • Where it happened. Name the contact, automation, or post.

  • For the mobile app, your phone model and its iOS or Android version.

If You Can't Log In

The Log In, Reset Your Password, or Fix an Invite Link article covers the common fixes. If you're still locked out, email support@ellipsend.com from the email on your account.

What's New

Every release is posted in the Ellipsend Private Community at community.ellipsend.com. Sign in with the email on your Ellipsend account. Enter it, click Email me a sign-in link, and open the link we send. If you can't get in, message us in the chat and we'll turn on your access.

Once you're in, you can see What's New and follow along as features ship.

Request a Feature

Post your request in the community. You can also vote on the requests that matter to you.

We prioritize the requests that are posted in the community. Post it there even if you already told us in chat.

Video Walkthroughs

These guides have a video at the top.

Onboarding

Onboarding calls are included with Premium. On other plans, the Quick Start Guide walks you through setup step by step.
