Right now, every Ellipsend plan includes it.

Contacts who messaged in the last 30 days, the full message history of any contact, posts, your pipeline stages and your saved responses. It sees one Ellipsend account per key.

Not in the contact list. If you name a specific contact, Claude can read their full conversation history.

No. Claude reads contacts and conversations, not the numbers on your Reports page. It can work out its own numbers from your conversations, which is what the Ellipsend Inbox Dashboard does.

Yes. We've tested Claude and ChatGPT (Plus and higher). See Connect Ellipsend to ChatGPT. Other AI tools that support MCP connectors may work with the same address and a key made for that tool, but we haven't confirmed them yet.

Each key belongs to one account. Make a key in each account and add a separate connector for each one.

Yes. Anyone you give a key can connect it, and they'll see everything that account can. Only give keys to people you'd trust with your whole inbox.

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, click Ellipsend and click Disconnect. To shut off access everywhere, delete the key on the MCP API Toolkit page in Ellipsend.

Check that the key is from the right Ellipsend account, and that you used the address above. Older addresses still work for some tools, but they don't let Claude list or read your contacts.
